Dr. Bond’s plastic surgery practice (formerly named Bond Plastic Surgery) has been in business since 1996.

Practice Front Desk Coordinator
The Practice Front Desk Coordinator is the first face you encounter upon your arrival to Body and Face Cosmetic & Plastic Specialists NJ. The patients receive a warm welcome and are greeted with a smile and respect. In the current environment our Front Desk Coordinator has mastered how to SMILE with her eyes. Our patients just love this because they still feel welcomed as they did in the past.
The Practice Front Desk Coordinator diligently disinfects the waiting area and other locations in the office between patients to ensure a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our patients. During an average day, our Practice Front Desk Coordinator schedules appointments, enters patient information into the system, maintains patient records and accounts, keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying our provider of the patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to the schedule, and reminding providers of service delays.
In addition, they are also responsible for maintaining our practice social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
Practice Senior Medical Assistant
Our Practice Senior Medical Assistant greets all patients prior to consultations and introduces them to the practice and providers. They also quickly gather information from patients while walking them to the room for their appointment, making note of any issues or questions for the Dr. Bond to address. Responsibilities also include assisting during in-office procedures (e.g., prepping patients for procedures, applying numbing agents, reviewing consents).
The Sr. Medical Assistant will follow up with patients after procedures to answer questions and make sure they are satisfied with their services. They also survey providers, staff, and/or patients to obtain feedback on policies, procedures, guidelines, standards of patient care, etc.
Throughout the day, they also manage medical supply inventory, including procedure room and treatment rooms, and perform cleaning tasks (e.g., sterile processing of clinical tools).
In addition, our Sr. Medical Assistant represents the practice at health fairs, makes presentations at women’ groups, and actively promotes practice services in the community.
Practice Patient Care Coordinator
Our Practice Patient Care Coordinator serves as the primary point-of-contact for all patient inquiries including, phone, email, and via our website. Our office prides ourselves on responding to patient calls and email inquiries promptly in order to establish a strong relationship and rapport with all individuals. When a patient or prospective patient calls our practice with questions about surgeries, non-surgical procedures, or procedures already performed, they are available to provide the answers and schedule consultation appointments if desired. The Patient Care Coordinator also makes note of any relevant information in the patient’s file in order to communicate everything to Dr. Bond (e.g., patient concerns, goals).
Upon your initial consultation visit, you will meet with our Patient Care Coordinator. After you consult with Dr. Bond, they will prepare and present quotes and your detailed and accurate treatment plan per the doctor’s instructions.
During your consultation visit, the Patient Care Coordinator will advise our patients of their options for payment including financing or alert them if there is a special offer that can be applied. The Patient Care Coordinator discusses all applicable fees and financial policies with cosmetic patients and will provide a printed quote after the consultation.
Our Patient Care Coordinator also is responsible for collecting deposits and/ or payment(s) for procedures, ensuring that cosmetic fee balances are paid prior to surgery, following up on financial transactions, and entering the transactions into the computer system so that patient records are maintained.
In addition, our Practice Patient Care Coordinator represents the practice at health fairs, makes presentations at women’ groups, and actively promotes practice services in the community. They also coordinate all practice events and follows up with attendees on the phone or in writing.
Practice Senior Financial Coordinator
Our Practice Senior Financial Coordinator maintains all patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating pertinent personal and financial information, recording, and collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, and filing and expediting any third-party claims. As with all Body and Face Cosmetic & Plastic Specialists NJ staff, they are responsible for protecting our patients’ expected HIPAA privacy by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
They also are responsible for maintaining our office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling necessary equipment service and repairs.
The Sr. Financial Coordinator also assists our Front Desk Coordinator by scheduling appointments in person or by phone in order to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization. They also help them ensure that patient appointments are on schedule by notifying the provider of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of any applicable service delays.
Our Sr. Financial Coordinator assists our Patient Care Coordinator by advising patients of payment options, including financing, and then following up on any financial transactions, including collecting payment(s) for procedures. They ensure the availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records whenever necessary.
In addition, they are available to contribute to our team effort by accomplishing related work as needed.
